Return Policy :

We'd appreciate return requests as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery. Any request after 7 days won't be entertained. You can initiate a return/exchange request via email on bombaybloom.in@gmail.com while mentioning your order number, reason for return & number of items to return.

To apply for a return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

UNUSED PRODUCT: The returned product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled and without any fragrance.
- CORRECT AND INTACT PRODUCT: The product,brand and bar code should match. The MRP tag shouldn't be detached or damaged

UNDAMAGED PRODUCT: The returned product should be free of any holes and tears to be eligible for a return.
- NOT A SALE PRODUCT: All sale items are non-returnable. Only exchanges will be allowed on a chargeable basis of Rs 200

- Our courier partner will attempt to pick up returned items a maximum of 3 times. If the product is not handed over within this time, return request is considered cancelled.
- Return logistics can take up to 15 days to deliver products back to us. While it can be faster sometimes, customers awaiting exchange or refunds should be prepared to wait 7- 21 days and a maximum of 30 days to get their request completed. This factors in time for reverse and forward shipping timelines for exchanges and for returns it's time taken in reverse shipping & banking timelines. Store Credits are credited the same day we receive the return shipment.

Only after receiving the product back in our office & doing quality check, the refund will be initiated. Any request for an immediate refund post your return pickup won't be entertained. We do not have local warehouses & do not support immediate refunds post-pickup currently.
- If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for CASH on delivery(COD) orders are only given in the form of store credits. Store Credits carry a lifetime validity & are exactly equal to the amount paid by you .It can be used to exchange the product or buy a new product anytime at your convenience.
- Refunds for ONLINE paid orders will be sent to the original source of payment ONLY. We deduct Rs 150 as shipment & banking fees from your bank refund. If you decide to exchange or opt for store credits, no fee is deducted.
- Please note: We at Bombay Bloom never ask for your personal banking information via any medium of communication; payments made on our secure payment gateway "Razorpay" are simply reversed. Any request to change bank accounts for refunds or to initiate bank refunds for COD orders will not be entertained.
Exchange & Store Credits Policy.
First exchange is free of cost. We charge Rs 150 for a second exchange. We do not allow exchanging an item a 3rd time unless a wrong product was delivered by us in the first order. The same is applicable for orders placed through store credits. Order paid for with store credits will be treated as an exchanged order.

All international orders are considered "final sale" & are not returnable/refundable because of feasibility issues. All international customers are requested to be thorough and sure about their orders. Our team will assist you every step of the way to make sure about you are satisfied with your order.
